Systems Corporation and as a Senior Technical Analyst for the Ministry of Advanced Education, Training and Technology. While travelling abroad Mr. Keogh was the Senior Technical Analyst to the government of the Cook Islands for the Year 2000 rollover. He has developed custom software applications for governments and businesses worldwide.
