There are no anti-viral software programs that can remove all viruses from your computer. Some do a good job against many viruses, but there are still viruses that must be manually removed from your system.
Important - If you feel you have a virus on your system stop using your computer immediately. If the computer is on a network unplug it from the network. Viruses usually spread by infecting data files that have been opened or cause their damage when the computer is started. Unplug your computer from the Internet and your network (if applicable), and call a computer professional right away. Try not to restart your computer until the virus is removed.
